About the Role
As the Facilities Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of maintenance and minor works activities across a portfolio of assets on this integrated facilities management contract. A key focus will be the delivery of services to agreed performance levels, client and stakeholder communication and management, vendor management, execution of operational plans and the coordination of initiatives that encourage excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of services meets or exceeds customer KPIs and service level expectations.
- Monitor operational performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting service excellence.
- Manage administrative functions, including compliance and reporting, to meet quality standards.
- Oversee occupational health and safety measures to minimise workplace incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead contractor management, from selection and engagement to performance monitoring and compliance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of Facilities Management operations across a multi-site portfolio.
- A proven track record in operational management within a service industry environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise works.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
