About the role
Take the lead in delivering efficient, high-quality property operations across a Brisbane Northside portfolio. As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving asset performance, managing operational and capital expenditure, overseeing contractors and ensuring properties consistently meet compliance and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, maintenance programs, service agreements and contractor performance.
• Monitor operational expenditure and identify opportunities to reduce outgoings and improve financial performance.
• Prepare and manage operating and Capex budgets, ensuring works are delivered within approved budgets.
• Deliver accurate and timely operational and property condition reporting to key stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory, compliance and WHS standards, including contractor inductions and risk assessments

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience within property operations or a similar property management environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation.
• Sound understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act.
• Competency using Yardi, Microsoft Word and Excel, BMS, CCTV and other relevant building management systems.
• Relevant property industry training and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
